SAP Support
SAP in Aviation MRO
SAP became the operating system for Air New Zealand Engineering Services (ANZES) in 1999 after an eighteen month preparation period. The system was named CERES and extensively developed to handle aircraft and engine MRO business.
Phil Brazier was the SME (subject matter expert) for the CERES system in the field of sales and marketing until 2003 when the already formed Pratt & Whitney Air New Zealand Services JV, trading as Christchurch Engine Centre (CHCEC), changed to Pratt & Whitney SAP and he continued as Power User for CHCEC for that system S&D migration and operation until departing the business in late 2009.
SAP S&D user-level support from an SME and Power User is available from AvPlan.
